then/now
Was that 2004? I think it must have been. We did the IVF in 2005 & I can’t remember going the the park that September. Claudia must have been nearly 4, apart from Buttercup they don’t look that different though
.
We had a fun time, despite the Pirate Ship being closed for the morning and ended up having a very late night (there was talk of Platonic solids & arm porn). Trying unsuccesfully to get sorted out for the weekned/camping but am v. worried about the cars - the steering seems to have gone on the Smart now (as well as my exhaust) arrrggg.
Homeward bound

hope cars get sorted. No fun eh? Ours still not sorted so we’ll be trying to swap with my mum for the weekend.

crap cars huh, where did you get them from. Sorry to hear they’re being hassle. For once I can empathise. Thought I’d be pleased to get ours back till Steve told me how much the new gearbox is going to cost.

I remember that so clearly, walking through london with hordes of tired children after a wonderful day. Big looks pretty different now, she looks really cute in that piccie!

Steering is now fixed.
Steering was VERY stiff and erratic - bit dangerous to drive. I had the wheel alignment and suspension checked and it was all fine. I was expecting it to be an expensive problem with the steering rack but I went out last night and lubricated the universal joints on the steering column and it is completely back to normal.

Well, I’m glad one of the cars is sorted
Shame it’s only the 2-seater though!
And - yay! You moved the spam catcher!

Sarah
to the gearbox ouch!
Jax, it was a lovely day wasn’t it? Big would’ve been 4? They seemed so grown up at the time, but when I look at 3 & 4 year olds now I realise they were just babies really. The walk to the park seemed so much quicker this time!

yeah, Big was 4, and Small was 1. Seem to recall we had many slings and pushchairs on the way back. Shame your piccies of the day aren’t still around - I found a link to them in my post about it from way back when.
And oooh….
