Joel weighed 90g (I *think*, can't actually check atm) and he died at 16wks. Can certainly identify with having felt something similar to (3) so I guess that is just normal. Even though I knew deep down that there was no doubt about it. Nothing else to say, just hope you can keep going and get some sleep and eventually it will begin to hurt less.
